MSP (Multi Service Provider)
We have divided MSP services into two distinct sectors:
ICT Support center
ICT support center renders ICT support services to clients of small and medium size, handling all their ICT support needs. Depending on the SLA signed with the client, our engineers will either handle cases raised by several clients or by a single client.
General call centers
General call centers handle incoming calls and, in some case, make calls as instructed by our client. Whether our client expects call center staff to answer simple questions, or to have in-depth discussion about topics of concern, the benefits our clients will enjoy is that they have to train or onboard only a few or our staff (typically one or two), and we take it from there.
In both cases, there are multiple ways our clients can benefit from cooperation with us:
Only one or two of our staff have to be onboarded and/or trained. We will then train the rest of the team.
If one or more of our team member sbecome unavailable (resignation, termination, sickness etc) it is our responsibility to have a replacement ready on short notice
If you have a need to hire temporary staff from time to time (for example, Christmas shopping season), without having to retain these staff for longer than needed, we will be happy to assist!
You do not have to get involved in often complicated hiring, payroll processing and possible termination process. The contract which we offer to all our clients simplifies this process.
